Investigating - At this stage of our investigation of the issue we can see that there is a delay in the sync, but we do expect all data (including password changes) to be synced eventually. We are working on reducing and eliminating the delay just now.

We will be performing some software upgrades to our central firewall service. Due to the resilient nature of the network, we are expecting any impact to be minimal.
To enable us to complete these upgrades successfully, we will be implementing a change freeze on the affected firewall rule-set from Tuesday 20th at 9AM until Friday 23rd at 10AM. This will only impact a subset of our customers who are hosted on this particular firewall cluster.
